After spending what felt like a short lifetime in the trades and plumbing industry, our founder recognised a disturbing pattern. Far too many companies weren’t valuing the time of their clients, nor were they showing up on time or communicating even remotely clearly.

It should have been no surprise then that almost all new clients came to us because they felt they couldn’t trust their previous plumbing provider.

For our founder, that was simply unacceptable. Owning a home is already a stressful endeavour for Perth families. But having to deal with plumbers who didn’t respect their time was certainly not contributing to the positive experience that our founder knew professional plumbers acting with integrity could provide. 

So our founder decided to make a positive difference for our clients on every service. For us, doing this was easy: all it involved was working hard, communicating clearly, and always showing up on time. 

Thankfully, we think our clients agree with us. After all, we’re extremely grateful and fortunate that the vast majority of our new clients arrive at our doors by word-of-mouth referral from happy customers.
